Dear class,

This is the power point slides for the revision on human systems - circulatory, respiratory , skeletal and muscular.

The revision slides on digestive system will be in a separate power point.

The alignment in some of the slides may be a little weird, but I believe you would be able to make out what are the important information in the slides you have to take note of right?! =)

International Friendship Day

Last week we celebrated International Friendship Day. There were booths that displayed the culture of different Asean countries. Our class showcased Indonesia and it was a success, thanks to the families of the following pupils who contributed :

4. Cheryl - Indonesian ghost story

5. Joshua - Handphone pouch

6. Nigel - Handkerchief

8. Teo Jia Xuan - Wallet and necklace

9. Cherie- necklace

10. Charis Toh - Bali keychain

11. Amelia and Regina - laminated information about Indonesia

11.  Jeff, Nicia, Foo Jia Xuan, Claudia, Lynn and Brayden - Indonesian currency.

Also thanks to Cherie's Mom for helping out at the stall! Three cheers to her!!

Reminder on Science Homework

Dear Class,

Please be reminded that you would need to bring your Science Works! Activity Book on Monday (13th April 2009) for your science lesson.

When you submit your science activity book on Monday, you would have completed Pg 16, 17, 19 and 20 of Chapter 2 under Human Systems. This was the homework given to you on Monday (6th April 2009) after we had discussed about the parts and functions of the digestive system.

I would also be uploading the picture of the model of the digestive system I showed you on Monday on the blog, so stay tune!! =)

Journal on "Systems"

Dear all,

For the little journal book you made yesterday using the colour paper, you have to include 3 things in your journal of "systems".

- What are the 5 main organ systems,
- What are the main parts of the digestive system, respiratory system and skeletal system.
- What is one question you have and want to ask about digestive system?

Please include the above points in your little journal book and bring them to class on Monday. =)

Beloved boys and girls of 4E,
